Contents of Collection The Jake Schultz Boeing 787 Collection is a very small collection comprised of Boeing 7E7/787 Dreamliner ephemera dated 2004-2010. The collection includes brochures, decals, a first flight cover dated December 15, 2009, and business cards from various Boeing personnel, including Schultz. The materials were collected by Schultz during part of his time working at Boeing.

Overview James Hamilton Smith (1913-2002) attended the Boeing School of Aeronautics and worked in the field of aviation as a government contractor for the Boeing Company, as well as the Defense Contract Administration Services. This small collection consists primarily of black-and-white photographs that were either taken or collected by Smith during his time at the Boeing School, as well as throughout his career in aviation, which spanned from the early 1930s to the late 1960s.

Content Description The Fred Thibodeaux Flying Fortress School Training Certificate is a small collection consisting of the certification of completion of technical aircraft training at the Boeing Flying Fortress School by Sgt. Fred Thibodeaux dated September 17, 1943. The certificate is accompanied by a grade report and an envelope with Thibodeaux's name inscribed in calligraphy.

Donald D. Viele Lunar Orbiter Collection

Abstract Donald Viele was a Systems Engingeer with Boeing who worked with NASA on the Lunar Orbiter Program (1964-1967). This collection contains documents and photographs collected and authored by Viele during his time on the Lunar Orbiter team.

There is also some documentation relating to Viele's work with the Minuteman Missile program.
